What Makes LaySun Plants Different

Material selection is where realism begins. We use only high-grade PE and hybrid compounds developed specifically for commercial artificial plants.

High-Grade PE (Polyethylene)

Our signature material. PE captures the softness, translucency, and vein detail of real leaves. UV-stable and resistant to fading for 10+ years in interior conditions.

Natural Wood Trunks

Real dried wood trunks are treated, sealed, and shaped to create authentic tree forms. No plastic trunks — the texture and weight is genuine.

Fire-Retardant Treatment

All foliage undergoes a proprietary fire-retardant treatment process. Tested and certified to NFPA 701 (USA), EN 13501 (EU), and B1 (China) standards.

UV-Resistant Coating

Outdoor and high-light products receive UV-stabilized pigments and clear coat treatments, preventing color degradation even in direct sunlight.

How It's Made

Our Manufacturing Process

Design & Specification

Every project begins with detailed specs — species, dimensions, vessel type, and fire standard required. Our design team creates technical drawings before production begins.

PE Mold Production

Foliage is produced from proprietary molds using high-grade PE resin. Leaf shapes, vein structures, and color gradients are engineered into the mold for maximum realism.

Hand-Shaping & Assembly

Skilled craftspeople hand-shape each branch and leaf cluster. Branches are wrapped with natural fiber tape and arranged to mimic authentic plant growth patterns.

Fire Treatment

Each unit is immersed in or sprayed with our fire-retardant compound. Batch testing is performed against NFPA 701, EN 13501, or B1 standards as required by the destination market.

Quality Inspection

A 12-point quality checklist is completed for every unit — covering realism, structural integrity, fire certification, and packaging. Photos are shared with clients pre-shipment.

Export & Delivery

Orders are packed in custom export cartons with foam protection. We manage all export documentation, customs declarations, and arrange freight worldwide.
