Every LaySun plant is engineered from raw PE resin to finished product under one roof — giving us complete control over quality, cost, and fire safety.
LaySun operates a dedicated manufacturing facility producing over 600 plant varieties for commercial clients worldwide. By controlling every step of production, we deliver consistent quality at prices 30–50% below traditional distribution channels.
Material selection is where realism begins. We use only high-grade PE and hybrid compounds developed specifically for commercial artificial plants.
Our signature material. PE captures the softness, translucency, and vein detail of real leaves. UV-stable and resistant to fading for 10+ years in interior conditions.
Real dried wood trunks are treated, sealed, and shaped to create authentic tree forms. No plastic trunks — the texture and weight is genuine.
NFPA 701 (National Fire Protection Association 701) fire-rated options are available as a special order for select products. Testing is performed by an independent laboratory accepted by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in the Textiles and Films category. Documentation is available upon request and is provided for the project or order.
Outdoor and high-light products receive UV-stabilized pigments and clear coat treatments, preventing color degradation even in direct sunlight.
Fiber-reinforced concrete or steel base plates ensure stability for freestanding trees and planters in high-traffic environments.
Custom foam-lined export cartons protect every order during international shipping. Full packing lists and customs documentation included.
Every project begins with detailed specs — species, dimensions, vessel type, and fire standard required. Our design team creates technical drawings before production begins.
Foliage is produced from proprietary molds using high-grade PE resin. Leaf shapes, vein structures, and color gradients are engineered into the mold for maximum realism.
Skilled craftspeople hand-shape each branch and leaf cluster. Branches are wrapped with natural fiber tape and arranged to mimic authentic plant growth patterns.
Each unit is immersed in or sprayed with our fire-retardant compound. Batch testing is performed against NFPA 701, EN 13501, or B1 standards as required by the destination market.
A 12-point quality checklist is completed for every unit — covering realism, structural integrity, applicable special-order fire documentation, and packaging. Photos are shared with clients pre-shipment.
Orders are packed in custom export cartons with foam protection. We manage all export documentation, customs declarations, and arrange freight worldwide.
Select products can be produced as special-order fire-rated configurations. Documentation is available upon request and provided for the applicable project or order.
USA standard for flame resistance of textiles and films. Required for most US commercial properties.
European fire classification standard for construction products. Class B & C ratings available.
Chinese national fire safety standard. B1 flame-retardant options are confirmed for eligible special-order products and project requirements.
